What is your cancellation policy?
Late cancellations reduce my ability to support those who are in need of this service. As such, I have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of session will be charged the full session fee.

Do you provide receipts for insurance?
Yes! I provide receipts for each session. Please check if your insurance covers Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC).​
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are currently being held over the secure virtual platform Jane.
What are your hours of operation?
I currently offer sessions on from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 6pm.
How do I pay for sessions?
Sessions can be paid for with e-transfer or a credit card. Session fees are due at the beginning of session.
What are the risks of therapy?
While active participation in counselling can lead to long term understanding, fulfillment, and empowerment, the journey is not without it's challenges.
When healing from trauma, you may notice an increase in feelings or sensations that are uncomfortable or challenging. I will make a continued effort to ensure you feel supported in session, and explore ways for you to manage these feelings between sessions.
