Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy is a well researched trauma therapy that utilizes a dual awareness of the past and the present to reduce trauma symptoms. This therapy may be the right fit if you find yourself impacted by ongoing nightmares, flashbacks, hypervigilance or feeling like you are "stuck in the past."
